After our initial meeting we work quickly to create a preliminary scope of work and estimate. This helps to guide our clients towards the completion of their idea outcome. After we finalize the scope of work we enter an engagement phase where we get right to work on all engineering, architecture, preliminary selections and solidification of the estimate. With all of that information in hand, we’re then able to partner together and contract the renovation. To provide you with a seamless renovation experience we will never begin your renovation until all of your selections and materials have been ordered and are ready to install!

Precise:

This means being prepared, intentional, and expert in all we do. When it comes to luxury remodeling, the details matter most. Our installation teams have the experience and pride necessary to take your renovation to the next level. These artist of the trades love to be challenged and show off for you. To complement those teams, our leadership and management provide thorough process and communication that keeps you constantly informed and effortlessly aware from beginning to end.
